The United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) continues its proud tradition of preparing and advancing players for collegiate and professional hockey placement. The league is excited to announce that there are 192 junior alumni on NCAA Division I men's hockey rosters and 10 alumni on NHL rosters for the 2024-25 hockey season.
National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC): The NCDC is dedicated to developing elite hockey players by providing them with top-level coaching, competition, and exposure to collegiate scouts. This season, the NCDC boasts:
- 178 alumni on NCAA Division I rosters
- 10 NCAA Division I players who have been drafted by NHL teams
- Calgary Flames draft pick Arseni Sergeyev (a Rockets Hockey Club alum) has started out 2-0 on the season for Penn State
Premier and Elite Conferences: The Premier and Elite Conferences focus on developing players' skills and showcasing their talent, ultimately preparing them for the next level of competition. Highlights include:
- 26 former Premier and Elite players competing in NCAA Division I men's hockey
- 12 of these players have experience in both the Premier and NCDC conferences
- Notable player Will Hilfiker from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, who has played at all three USPHL junior levels
- Former USPHL Elite goaltender Grace Campbell (Potomac Patriots) is a member of the Boston College NCAA Division I women's team

Since the inception of the NCDC in 2017-18, the USPHL’s three junior conferences have successfully sent more than 550 players to the NCAA Division I ranks, contributing to a total of over 6,200 players advancing to all levels of collegiate hockey.

Founded in 2012, the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) is comprised of over 150 teams, fielding more than 20,000 players aged 9-21 in more than 100 organizations across the North, South, Midwest, West, and Canada. Our Junior Divisions consist of the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) and our Premier and Elite Divisions, all geared toward college and pro placement.
Our youth and midget divisions (operated through the Tier 1 Hockey Federation) field full season 9U through 18U teams. The USPHL has sent over 8,000 players to all levels of college hockey all-time including over 3,700 into NCAA college hockey, with more than 550 advancing to NCAA Division I hockey. The USPHL has also had 18 players who played in the NCDC drafted by NHL teams.
