Please note: Junior Division (2005-09) Goaltending spots are sold out at ALL Combines. Goaltenders who still want to sign up will be waitlisted. 

 

A city with a long hockey history, including what can only be described as a dynasty as recently as the 2010s for the hometown Chicago Blackhawks, the Windy City will host the final of five USPHL NCDC Combine Series events, and the last before the two-phase 2025 NCDC Entry Draft. Players from the Midwest and across the country are invited to put their game in front of NCDC, USPHL Premier and USPHL Elite coaches for an opportunity for a future on The Pathway To College Hockey.

Expected Schedule

Detailed schedules will be sent to registrants closer to each event, but expect a Friday evening game starting after 3 p.m.; two games on Saturday plus a USPHL/NCDC Information Seminar; and one game on Sunday, with all games concluding by 2 p.m. that day.

 

 

What To Expect At USPHL NCDC Combines:

  • Four-Game Guarantee
  • NCDC Informational Seminar featuring NCDC Coaches/GMs and league officials.
  • NCDC, USPHL Premier and USPHL Elite coaching staffs on team benches.
  • Professional on-site staff, including medical personnel and on-ice officials.
  • In-person invitations to NCDC and other USPHL junior tryout camps for select players.
  • Every player gets a Jersey, USPHL Gift and Water Bottle.
  • For non-local players, the event is "Stay to Play."

 

About The USPHL NCDC Combine Series

The annual USPHL NCDC Combine series is an exciting entry point into the United States Premier Hockey League’s multi-tiered junior program that focuses entirely on development and advancement of players to the collegiate hockey level. The NCDC sent more than 200 players to NCAA college hockey in 2023-24. Among this number were 72 players, including alumni, who moved on to the NCAA Division I ranks.
