Defense: Matthew Taylor, Northern Cyclones

Taylor (‘05/Wake Forest, N.C.) posted a pair of goals and added seven assists for nine points to be a major part of the Cyclones’ offense as well as contributing to the work of the second best defensive corps in the league – the Cyclones give up only 24.72 shots against per game. Taylor, who played for the Cyclones Academy 18U AA team last year, currently has 25 points in 18 Elite games and he’s also skated in two Premier games.

Defense: Andrew Chandler, Boston Junior Bruins

Chandler, an ‘05 first year junior, was certainly impressive for the Junior Bruins during their six games of November. He put up three goals and added one assist for the team that went 3-2-0-1 during the month. Currently, Chandler has nine points through 23 games for the season.

Goaltender: Tagger Tamburo, Islanders Hockey Club
